Sometimes life presents us with the opportunity to challenge our limits. We go through seasons where things are going great, then all of a sudden life throws us a curve ball that changes everything. Those moments often tempt us with the desire to quit, but imagine what would happen if we used those moments to push harder towards our goals? What would happen if we challenged our minds to see obstacles as opportunities?
Sometimes pushing ourselves a little harder can bring us closer to obtaining our goal. If we’re honest with ourselves, we don’t always give one hundred percent of the effort we need each day to reach our goals, so the obstacles we face sometimes comes as a way of motivating us to think and respond differently. Obstacles provide us a way to reflect and strategize so that we can find a more effective route to reach our goals.

How do we push through the process to obtain our goal:
1. Don’t be moved by what you see
Its so easy to get discouraged by our natural environment or circumstances but one thing we have to remember is that life is always changing. At any give moment your circumstances can change. We are always just one step away from things changing all we have to do is push and focus long enough to help us see the opportunities that are often times right in front of us.
2. Keep Putting in the work
Don’t quit. Whatever you do no matter how hard things may be keep going. It’s not always easy to see the results at the beginning of the process but if we keep putting in the work you will reach your goal. If you have a goal of losing weight, it never just instantly happens. You have to put in the work everyday. In order to push through the process we have to put in the work. Each day. Every day.
3. Keep your eyes fixed on the end goal
In order to push through the process we have to keep our eyes fixed on the goal. Keeping our eyes on the goal will help us to stay focused and not get distracted. When we don’t entertain distractions we are able to see how much progress we have made and how close we really are to reaching the goal.

I want to encourage you, push through the process. Things won’t always be easy but you won’t get closer to your goals by giving up. Stay focused and committed and don’t allow what you’re currently see to deceive you. At any moment things can change, but you will only see the change as you push.
